I should explain that the hole in the rear marker lamp 'flap' is to show when brake is applied. The tan colored paper occluding part of the upper and lower section of the right lower red glazing is to narrow the light spread to rear as this right side shown whenever the brake was applied. This red braking light could still be seen to shine red light through the small hole in the 'flap' even when the vehicle was running in 'blackout' driving and the flap was lowered over the lower section to show the upper four verticle blue green rectangles...

Does someone have a few nice photographs of this late style marker lamp? I would like someone to share a current color photograph of this lamp to show how the top deflector could be moved and the proper color of bulb types used...
